Refund and Returns Policy

At Freshglowcare, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with our haircare products, we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item purchased from Freshglowcare. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, including being in its original packaging. We accept both opened and unopened items, as well as items that were damaged upon receipt. We want you to feel confident in trying our products, and we’re here to support you if something isn’t right.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item, include your proof of purchase, and mail the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process will begin within 5 business days, and depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take an additional 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

If you receive a refund, please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is fully posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will assist you further.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items for hygiene reasons. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team for clarification.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for another of the same value, please contact us at [email protected]. We will guide you through the process and ensure that you receive the right product that meets your needs.
